To keep your Brillante pieces brilliant for years to come, always hand wash them in sudsy water soon after each use. (Also before using them the first time.) Never put your Brillante in the dishwasher. Brillante holds a chill beautifully and can be warmed to 300 degrees Fahrenheit when serving hot foods. Cutting directly on any metal surface will scratch the finish. It’s best to carve elsewhere and transfer your food to the serving piece. Brillante exceed national FDA requirements for aluminum serveware.
