In the fresh colors of Italian sherbet, Sorbetto pairs Pistachio with cream-colored backs and terra-cotta edges with simple, hand-formed shapes of the 1300's. Sorbetto may be washed in the dishwasher on the low energy/air-dry cycle, however hand washing is recommended.
